I spent four years studying Game Design at DigiPen Institute of Technology. During my time there, I worked on over 35 projects of varying sizes, both by myself and on teams.
I have since gone on to become a Staff member and Writer for Refuge LARP. This has involved crafting and facilitating stories for large amounts of people at in-person events. During the Covid-19 pandemic I have been involved in adapting to run events in online spaces using formats such as text roleplay, video calls, TTRPG adaptations of the Refuge rules, and even crafting spaces in sandboxes such as Gather Town and Minecraft.
I genuinely enjoy game design in all its forms, and I believe that great Narrative Design means smoothly interweaving mechanics, levels, characters, and story themes; creating a beautiful tapestry that leaves the player with a powerful emotional experience. I want to play a part in making games that leave a positive and memorable impact on their players.
